All proceeds will be benefitting the relief effort and support of the community of West.
“A Night Out in B/CS” is being coordinated by local community members in conjunction with the men of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity at Texas A&M University and various student leaders across the campus.
Last year on August 22nd, 2012, over 40 businesses opened their doors to the community and donated a portion of their proceeds to aid the families of Constable Brian Bachmann and Mr. Christopher Northcliffe, whom tragically passed away in a shooting in our community.
This year we’re back and raising money for the community of West to support the relief effort. On May 1st, 2013 local businesses in the Bryan and College Station area will yet again show their support for the community by donating a portion of their profits to a fund that will go to the aid of West.
While some citizens have contributed directly to the families and community of West, students and community members would still like to contribute by supporting local businesses participating in “Night Out in B/CS” who have agreed to donate a percentage of their profits to funds benefiting West, Texas.
If your business (restaurant, retail, etc) would like to participate please contact Hudson Hoyle at nightoutbcs@gmail.com to receive more information.
Thank you to the businessed doing this, and to the customers participating. We love you all!
